That’s okay! We’ll help you uncover what the heart of your business is, starting with a creative consultation. Easy.

I’ve done this before and had crappy results. The design was nothing like what I wanted.

As shitty as that sounds, it’s probably a good thing that you’ve gone through that. You know what you don’t like, and you listened to your gut, (which is definitely in alignment with the heart of your business). But more than that, we are not the kind of creative agency that gives you only three design options and says ‘pick one for your business, this is your branding forever’

We use small business strategy from the very beginning to figure out who you are, what you represent and what your goals are. This can be fun, (if not nerve-wracking to be so vulnerable) and it can really open you up to new ways of thinking about your business and get the creative juices flowing.

From there we challenge you to think about what your business really means to you and how it exists, lives and interacts with the real world. Only by doing strategy first do we work on building a cohesive look and feel for your business. Everything is thoughtfully considered from the start, so you don’t end up in a place of what-the-hell-is-this? kinda vibes…

Okay, I’m intrigued… How do we start?

After we’ve done some background research on your business, and once we’ve sat down together for your creative consultation (these are a one-off-low-risk fee of $440), we will give you suggestions of what to do next for your business. You can take it or leave at this point, (we won’t be offended if we’re not the right fit for you). If you like what we suggest however, we’ll get cracking on whatever these next creative projects look like.

How much will these creative projects cost?

It depends. We offer custom services for our clients, which means that the cost of a project can range from $5k – $100,000+ depending on the needs and size of the business. It also depends on how quickly you need something made. Basically, it goes back to that old cliché saying of how long is a piece of string? But don’t worry we’ll always let you know how much something will cost before we start a project and inform you if the cost is predicted to go beyond that. You’ll always be kept in the know so that you can make informed decisions that are right for you. Our aim is to help support your business so that you can make more money and thrive as a business.

How long will this take?

Also “how long is a piece of string”… Just know that good work takes time and effort, and we won’t be rushing the process. We believe in thoroughness, thoughtfulness and remaining true to your ideas. We do however understand that deadlines exist, so knowing this from the start is of the utmost importance to us. We will always need time for revisions and feedback, allowing for meaningful collaborations along the way.

When can we start?

We’ll then let you know our availability for a creative consultation. To secure your appointment the one-off consultation fee of $440 is due at the time of booking.

The wait time for a consultation is usually about 2 – 3 weeks, so if you want to book an appointment sooner rather than later, let us know right away so we can book you in 😀
